Terms and Conditions

1. PRICELIST

Because every project is different, each commission requires different amount of work, so the prices are set individually. Sometimes the client wants everything to be precisely made and is willing to devote required time to the commission, but there are also cases, where everything was put off until the last moment and now the deadline is here, so this needs to be done now. Before implementation, we will analyze and describe what is needed, which will help to assess how mouch time we need for the commission, or how much time we really have and what can be realistically done. At this stage we also settle any extra options – font purchases, acquisition or making of photos by the photographer.

All basic prices can be found in the pricelist.

2. TIMETABLE

I usually try to answer on the same day, but sometimes I have to devote myself to previous commissions, which require more time the anticipated, so everything can shift itself by 1-2 days. I appreciate timeliness, and I expect it form the other side, as some random events might occur, last minute changes just before the project completion, the time required for completion might need extension, which is beyond anyone’s control. We can set a fluid framework and set base upon it. Sometimes right after the first project we’re home, in other cases the client is requesting, what would appear to be, minor changes, which in fact change the whole concept. It’s possible that this is happening due to the fact that I have no set limit for changes in the project, but I like when everything is as perfect as possible, and both sides are happy and satisfied by the common work’s outcome.

3. IMPLEMENTATION

In the beginning I prepare 2-3 propositions based on the initial agreements. After that we choose one we are focusing on and work on it until it is perfect.

4. PUBLISHING PREPERATIONS

This is the last stage of cooperation before financial settlement. After we work out every kink I’m sending the commission for verification and acceptance. The Client is required to check and approve all final changes.

5. IMPORTATNT NOTE - COPYRIGHTS

I put all my work in the portfolio. If I am not to do so, please inform me, polish law states, that copyrights cannot be fully conveyed. All project copyrights are property of its creator, still the proprietary copyrights are fully transferable and I do so with the information on the receipt/ contract, which we will sign.

6. IF IT’S NOT IN THE MEAIL, IT DOES NOT EXIST 😊

I live on the go, and my operational memory is partially digital, located on the mail server. Please send all agreements and confirm them via e-mail.

7. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION – CONTACT

I work strictly remote, due to this fact id mostly by phone or email. This mode of work has it’s perks and issues. There is a high possibility of hearing a purring cat over the phone, as all my feline companions assist me in the process.

8. SETTELEMENT

I can settle with receipts or VAT invoices. After initial agreements – price, deadline, transference of materials, I issue an invoice for the first part of the commission which is 30% of the final value. After settlement of this invoice I prepare the initial projects. After the final changes and acceptance I am issuing the second invoice along with information of propriety copyrights transference to the Client. Non demand we can sign a contract in which all of our agreements will be present. Print ready files will be transferred upon final payment.
